1 clove garlic chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 can minced clams (drained but save 2 tbsp. of liquid)
1 cup bread crumb or (2 slices of dried bread)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10-12 large button mushroom caps

In skillet cook garlic and butter until golden; stir in flour; add other ingredients; mix well; spoon into mushroom caps; place in shallow baking pan and Bake 400º F for 5-8 minutes or until hot.
