3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
3 egg yolks
2 TBS. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, milk and chopped up chocolate in 2 quart saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Continue to cook and stir for 2 minutes. Mix a little of the hot mixture into the egg yolks, beating rapidly to avoid cooking the eggs. Stir the yolk mixture into the remainder of the chocolate mixture and cook an additional 90 seconds. Remove from the heat and stir in butter and vanilla until the butter is melted. Pour filling into the crust and chill till set. Top with whipping cream.
