VANILLA GLAZE
1 c. powdered sugar
2 TBS. milk
1 TBS. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

CHEDDAR DIP
1 tbs. butter
1 c. milk
1 TBS. flour
1 1/2 - 2 c. grated cheese

Directions:

VANILLA GLAZE
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

CHEDDAR DIP
Melt the butter in a medium size saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until blended and butter has turned light golden brown. Slowly whisk in the milk and cook until thickened slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until smooth and all of the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper.
