4 strips bacon, diced
1 large onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 small can evaporated milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon and onion together, drain. Add stewed tomatoes and Rotel. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Let cool down to barely warm. While cooking, mix together evaporated milk, Velveeta, and monterrey jack cheese. Mix with bacon mixture when barely warm. Heat slowly (do not boil).
If too thin...add more cheese
If too thick...add small amount of milk
If not spicy enough...add picante sauce
