15 oz box raisin bran cereal
3 cups sugar
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 quart buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda, and salt in large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
Note: This batter will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Store in refrigerator in covered container. Use as desired. Baked muffins are also easy to freeze.
