Two 12 oz. packages of fresh cranberries
1 c. white sugar
20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt.. heavy whipping cream
7 oz. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop the cranberries in a food processor. Put in a large , non-metal bowl and mix in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Add the drained pineapple and nuts t the cranberries, mix well. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the whipped cream and marshmallows into the cranberry mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
