1 white cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding
1 can white frosting
1 can shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box in 2 - 8" cake pans. Cool cake. Make lemon pudding and spread over top of first layer. Place second layer on first layer. Frost with white icing. Cover with shredded coconut.
