1. One lb. lean ground beef
2. One medium onion, chopped
3. One green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4. One can stewed tomatoes, undrained
5. Two 16 oz. cans pinto beans, undrained (I use pinto beans I cook myself)
6. One 15 oz. can creamed corn
7. One 10 oz. can beef broth, undiluted
8. Two 15 oz. cans tamales and cutinto one inch pieces and the fresher the better on the tamales.

Cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a large pot until ground meet is browned, stirring until meat crumbles. Add stewed and nex three ingredients and simmer mixture one hour. Stir in tamale pieces and serve.
