4 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle Brand
1/2 cup lime juice
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 pie crust, baked
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Add Eagle Brand. Add lime juice and beat until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar and cream of tartar. Spoon topping on to pie. Bake at 350º until topping is golden brown.
