1 package of whole mushrooms
1 whole onion minced
1 whole garlic minced
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 cup of Bread crumbs
1 cookie sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the stem from the mushroom. Core out the inside of the mushroom and rinse with cold water. Place the mushrooms on a cookie sheet; place aside.
Pour 1/4 cup of Olive oil into skillet let simmer for 1 minute Pour in minced onions and garlic and cook until golden brown. Pour 1 cup of breadcrumb into skillet stir until mixed with garlic and onions. When the breadcrumb becomes golden brown remove the skillet from the burner. Stuff the mushrooms until filled with one or two teaspoons of stuffing.
Once the mushrooms are stuffed cover the cookie sheet with aluminum foil, place cookie sheet in the preheated oven at 300º F for 30 minutes after 25 minutes remove the foil let it bake for the remaining 5 minutes remove from oven and serve warm
