4-5 cups shredded zucchini (packed)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or many fresh garlic cloves chopped plus onion chopped together
1/4 cup Bisquick Mix
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 eggs beaten
sliced olives or cooked bacon for garnish

Sprinkle zucchini with salt and set aside for 1 hour.

Turn into colander and press out liquid.

Mix all ingredients well. Place butter in microwave to melt and pour on mixture place in 10 inch pie plate and cook 10 minutes stirring half way through garnish and serve.
