2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple or tidbits (drained, save 2 tablespoons juice)
1 cup grated mild or sharp chedder cheese
Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 stick of butter
3 tablespoons pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour. Add drained crushed pineapple and chedder cheese. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt butter and drizzle over casserole. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice over casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is a different type of casserole and it very good. We have the request for the recipe all the time. You may want to add just a little more pineapple juice than the 3 tablespoons but not much.
