1 Pork Tenderloin
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 a head of green cabbage
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup large beefeater tomatoes (from Costco), chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 or 4 dashes of paprika
3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown in butter onion,peppers and pork tenderloin cut in one inch cubes

2. Combine in stew pot remaining vegetables and cook until soft with a little chicken broth or butter

3. Add the onion and pepper mixture to the stew pot along with all spices

4. Simmer for at least an hour or two.
