1 stick butter
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons Poppy Seed
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
½ small onion grated
Small party rolls
Honey baked ham
Sliced Baby Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Cut rolls in half and spread with butter mixture on each side.

3. Layer with ham - cheese - ham - cheese (cut a little larger than the rolls)

4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes or until rolls are crisp and cheese is melted.

Variations - #1 Add honey or substitute sesame seeds for poppy seeds. #2 Substitute sausage for ham and cheese and use biscuits

Note: Sandwiches can be assembled up to one day in advance, placed on a cookie sheet and covered tightly with foil and cooked as needed during a party. If you choose to use biscuits, the best ones are available at Walmart (brand Mary B's)
