1 White Cake Mix
1 small box Strawberry Jello (no sugar)
1 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
2 - 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped

Frosting Ingredients:

1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup strawberries



Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients together

2. Whip together oil, water and eggs

3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and fold in strawberries.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a tested comes out dry..

5. Let the cake cool at least one hour, and then turn upside down on a cake plate and leave it there until it drops out of the pan onto the cake plate.

6. Frost with frosting if so desired. (Frosting ingredients are all blended together until smooth)
