3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg whites, sugar and crackers. Fold in pecans. Bake in buttered pie plate at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Chill and top with whip cream.
