2 1/4 tsp. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3/4 c. buckwheat flour
3 c. white or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. water or soy milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix well all ingredients together and let dough stand for 30-40 min.
2. Make small bread rolls.
3. Put rolls on the cooking sheet and leave them again for 10 min.
4.Bake at 350º until done.

We love to eat rolls very warm with honey.
If you like vanilla, add 1-2 tsp. to the dough or use vanilla soy milk instead of plain soy milk
