3-4 chicken breasts OR any cut of beef that needs to be slow cooked for tenderness (such as London broil)
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
1 small-medium jar of Picante Sauce
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can of corn (drained and rinsed)

Rice
Cheddar cheese, grated
