1 envelope unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cold water
½ cup boiling water
½ cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated onion
Dash of Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon finely chopped dill
2 cups finely flake poached fresh salmon or canned salmon
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Soften gelatin in cold water in large mixing bowl. Stir in bowling water and whisk slowly until gelatin dissolves. Cool to room temperature. Add mayonnaise, juice, onion and seasonings. Stir to blend completely. Refrigerate about 20 minutes. Fold in flaked salmon. In separate bowl, whip cream until its thickened and in peaks. Fold into salmon mixture. Put in 6 to 8 cups, bowls or molds. Chill at least 4 hours.
