20 slices white bread
20 spears fresh asparagus
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
3 ounces bleu cheese
1 egg
½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and break off the bottoms of the fresh asparagus spears. Steam 4-5 minutes until tender, but crisp. Place under cold running water to stop cooking. Drain.

Remove crusts from the bread and roll to flatten. Mix together the cheeses and egg. Spread on the flattened bread. Place an asparagus spear on each piece and roll into cylinders. Dip into melted butter. Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer until hard enough to cut each roll into three pieces. Return to freezer until needed.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400°. Remove from freezer, bake in oven for 15 minutes and service immediately.
