6 tablespoons oil
2 large onions, chopped
¼ pound mushrooms, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
30 walnut halves
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in oil until soft. Add mushrooms, and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Put vegetables into a food processor. Add eggs and nuts. Process until smooth. Add additional oil if dry or spices if bland. Chill several hours or overnight in an air-tight container.
