2 bags or 2 loaves of stuffing cubes. Seasoned okay.
1 large onion, chopped
Butter
1# mushrooms, sliced
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
Bell's poultry seasoning, it comes in a box
Rubbed sage (others okay), oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
1 box or large. can of chicken broth

Directions:
Saute the onion, mushrooms, and celery in the butter. Add 5T of the Bell's and 5T sage and cook until soft. Pour bread into a huge bowl. Add the onion mix to the bread along with 2-3 T of all the spices except the Bell's, including the sage again. Use your hands to mix the stuffing adding all of the broth. Use the "squeeze and squish" method. This should not look like croutons.
