1 clove garlic
3 cups tomatoes (peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
1 cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
4 tablespoon green pepper (minced)
½ cup Bermuda onion (chopped)
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 cup chilled tomato juice
¼ cup parsley (chopped)

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled bowls, topped with chopped parsley.
