4-6 baking apples
48-72 whole cloves
Cinnamon
Sugar

3 gallons cider
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
10 or more whole cloves to taste
1 large can frozen orange juice
1 large can frozen lemonade

Directions:
Directions:
Core apples and stud with about 12 cloves each. Place in buttered baking dish and put cinnamon sugar in center of apples. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Simmer cider and additional ingredients for 20 minutes, add baked apples. Serve hot with cinnamon sticks.
