1 ¼ lb chocolate coating (sweet, semi-sweet or mixture)
4 ½ C dry fondant
2 ½ T light corn syrup
1 C evaporated milk
½ tsp Invertase
⅛ tsp peppermint oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Combine other ingredients in bowl and beat with electric mixer on high 12-15 minutes. Gradually add the melted chocolate, beating at medium speed. When all is incorporated, whip at high speed for 30 seconds, then spread out in a 10x15-inch buttered pan to set. Cut into squares. Makes about 90 pieces.
