2 lbs milk-chocolate coating or 1 lb milk chocolate and 1 lb dark chocolate
½ pint whipping cream
Additional coating chocolate
Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat whipping cream to 130º and add melted milk- and dark-chocolate. Whip in mixing bowl for 3 minutes. Cover with damp cloth and chill in freezer for 5 minutes. Mix again for 3 minutes. Chill until firm enough to form center for dipping. Roll in balls, dip in coating and roll immediately in chocolate sprinkles.
