2 eggs
3/8 cup grapefruit juice
a drop more than 1/8 cup sugar
a drop more than 1/8 cup oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
flour

Filling:
6-8 large onion
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions for about 2 hours in a generous amount of oil on a low flame, until very soft and light brown. Mix occasionally. Add salt and pepper for taste. Roll out dough very thin using a lot of flour. Spread onion filling on entire dough. Roll into a jelly roll (may tear a little.) Place into 7 or 8 inch round pan - rounding the jelly roll around the pan (beginning from the middle.) Brush beaten egg on top.
Bake at 400º for 1 hour.
