Ingredients:  
4-6 chicken breasts, boiled, shred meat and set aside
Reserve 1-1/2 C cooking liquid (chicken broth)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
1 T cumin
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cajun spice
2 T parsley, chopped
1 T black or white pepper
6 cans navy beans, drained and rinsed; mash 2 cans for thickness

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until softened. Add chicken broth, cumin, salt, cajun spice, parsley and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add shredded chicken and beans. Heat thoroughly.;
