1/8 c. Butter
2 c. Pecan Chips
1 c. Milk
2 c. Sugar
6 Eggs
1 Pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 Pint Half and Half
5 Half Pints Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy pan. Add pecans; cook for three minutes until lightly browned. Combine 1 c. milk, sugar and eggs, 1 pint half and half. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mixture coats back of spoon. Cool. Stir in 5 pints whipping cream and 1 cup milk to fill 5 quart freezer. Add pudding and pecans and vanilla. Stir well. Freeze in ice cream freezer
