2 Sticks Butter
4 Eggs
1-1/2 t. Lemon Extract
1-1/2 t. Vanilla
1/4 t. Baking Soda
1 c. Buttermilk
3 c Sifted Flour
1/2 c. Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and eggs (add eggs one at a time). Add sugar, and blend. Add extract and vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add to mixture along with flour. Prepare Bundt pan with oil, flour, and sprinkle with pecans. Pour batter into pan. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 325º
