1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
Meatloaf:
3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 cup bread crumbs
1 can (4-ounce) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Optional: 2-4 slices bacon (medium to thick cut preferred)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small mixing bowl, mix tomato sauce and ketchup. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Place the meatloaf in a loaf pan. (Optional: Top with bacon slices.) Cover and bake 30 minutes or until internal temperature of 130º is reached. Remove covering, drain grease, and place glaze over top of loaf. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature of 160º is reached. Remove from oven and cut into portions.
Makes 4-5 eight-ounce servings.
