2 TBS olive oil
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 celery stalk chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
garlic powder to sprinkle over meat
1 lb. of ground chuck
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook and drain well. Take the olive oil and brown the onion, celery, and bell peppers. To this add your jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice. Add all sauce to meat and simmer for a couple of hours. If sauce is too thick just add a little water and keep cooking.
