aluminum foil
zip lock bags(freezable kind)
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stick with fork a couple of times over the potato. Heat oven to 350º. Wrap potatoes in foil and cook until tender. About 45min - 1hr.
Cool down put into freezer zip-lock bags and freeze. These will last up to 3 months. Thaw out potatoes overnight in refrigerator and warm in oven or microwave and enjoy.
