1lb. stew meat
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
1 stalk of celery cut up or 1/2 tsp. of celery seed
1 TBS of Worcestershire sauce
4 cups of beef broth
1-8oz. can of green beans drained
1-8 oz can of lima beans drained
1-8 oz can of kernel corn drained
1-28 oz can of tomatoes- plain
1 tsp of salt and pepper

Directions:

First season meat with garlic powder and celery seed. Sear meat in very little oil until crusty brown. Put in pressure cooker, make sure pressure cooker is on low. Add all other ingredients and stir. You can add 1 oz can of tomato sauce if needed. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
