4 to 5 large sweet potatoes
2 1/2 to 3 c sugar (to taste)
1 1/2 to 2 sticks of butter
4 eggs
3/4 c to 1 c pet milk
1/2 c water
4 TBSP flour
1 to 1 1/2 TBSP vanilla
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

Directions:
...Boil sweet potatoes till tender.
...Beat while hot
...Add butter, eggs, pet milk, flour and water
...Add vanilla extract, nutmeg and cinnamon
...Pour onto pie crusts, bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hr or until crusts are golden
...Makes 4 pies
