1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapples, drained
10 maraschino cherries
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a 13x9x2 pan. Stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices on sugar mixture; put cherries in center of pineapple slices. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter over fruit, spread evenly. Bake 35-40 min. Cool slightly; invert onto a serving platter.
