1 lb. kalua pig/pork
4 c. or 1/2 head (med. sized) of thin sliced cabbage (1" long x 1/4" thick)
1/2 tsp. Hawaiian rock salt, optional
5 cups cooked rice
2-3 T. Shoyu
Medium size wok or large pot.

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop kalua pig/pork and place in wok on medium heat. Chop cabbage and add to wok. Sprinkle Hawaiian salt and mix to evenly combine all ingredients. Stir fry for 5 min. In rice pot or separate bowl, add shoyu to rice; add to wok and mix with kalua pig/pork and cabbage. Stir fry for about 10 min. on med.-low heat. Kaukau and enjoy!
