4 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/3 cups light corn syrup
½ cup butter
4 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp salt
4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, heat all ingredients except vanilla to boiling, over high heat. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove and stir in vanilla. Cool and pour into jars.
