1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 Hershey bar
½ cup chopped nuts (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix sugar, butter, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake until very light brown, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and break candy bar all over the hot crust. Let melt completely, then spread evenly on crust. Top with nuts, if desired. Cut into small bars while warm.
