1 large head of cabbage shredded
1 carrot shredded
1 green pepper
1 red sweet pepper
1 lb. pickling salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Shred all veggies and sprinkle with the pickling salt. Let stand for 2 hours. Do not drain the syrup. Combine the sugar, vinegar,water, celery seed, and mustard seed, and bring to a boil; constantly stirring to dissolve sugar.. Let cool. Mix in the veggiesand pack for the freezer and then freeze. This may be kept in the fridge for 7 to 10 days if you dont want to freeze it.
