3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. applesauce
18 marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes in skin in the oven until tender. Mash, add the salt and butter to taste. Add in half of the applesauce. Dot with marshmallows and top with remaining applesauce.Bake until marshmallows are melted. Serve and enjoy.
