4 to 6 chicken tenderloins, fresh or frozen
mrs. dash seasoning
2 tbsp sugar, honey or agave nectar
1/2 head lettuce, bite size
1 small tomato, sliced then quartered
1 large carrot, shredded
croutons if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1.) In a medium skillet over medium heat, add
the chicken tenderloins. Sprinkle with mrs. dash
seasoning to lightly coat. Add sugar over top of
the chicken. cover skillet and let cook for 10
mins.
2.) Meanwhile, chop up the veggies and place in
two salad bowls.
3.) Turn over chicken and let cook until done,
about 3 to 5 mins. remove from heat and cut
chicken into bite size pieces. serve over salad.
enjoy!

I like to top the salad with crunchy chow mein
noodles or chopped nuts instead of croutons for
