for slaw:
1/2 head green cabbage
1/8 to 1/4 head red cabbage
3 to 4 carrots
1 green onion if desired
1/4 to 1/3 c almonds, any chopped style
for dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 package oriental flavored ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1.) use a food processor to shred the cabbage,
carrots and green onion. if you don't have one, cut
the veggies any style. add slaw and almonds into
a large bowl and mix together well.
2.) in a medium bowl, whisk the oil and vinegar
together. slowly add sugar and whisk until
dissolved. break open the ramen noodle package
and take out the seasoning. add the seasoning into
the dressing bowl. whisk until seasoning is
mostly dissolved.
3.) in a large slaw bowl, drizzle the dressing all
around to ensure a good coat. take the dry ramen
noodles and break them in to bite size pieces, then
add them to the slaw bowl. mix together well.
refrigerate until ready to serve.
enjoy!

I prefer using extra virgin olive oil, toasted
sesame oil, and agave nectar instead of sugar.
