corn tortillas
bag of california chiles
dehydrated
4 bundles of cilantro
1 lrg onion
2 rounds of mexican cheese (queso fresca,goat cheese etc.)
oil
garlic
lawreys seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chiles de stem use cooking water and chiles and blend until pureed add seasoning salt and garlic and blend again. cut up cilantro onion and crumbled cheese and mix in a bowl. Set aside for later. Take tortillas golden them in oil
do not over cook.Dip into red sauce and stuff them
with the cheese mixture,put into casserole dish and after pan is full add any extra ingedients over top of the enchiladas including sauce. Bake at 350* for about 10 to 15 min to warm up. Serve and enjoy
