One spiral sliced ham (toss out the spice packet!)

Glaze:

1/3 cup honey (may use pineapple juice instead)
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Smear over ham, and either pop in the broiler a few minutes, or use a cooking torch to caramelize the glaze.

If you want to serve it warm, after glazing, slice and layer in a shallow pan, drizzle any remaining glaze on, and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes uncovered.
