1 ¼ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup butter, melted
1 envelop unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup Grand Marnier (orange brandy)
¾ cup cocoa
½ tsp vanilla
dash of salt
1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped
2/3 cup chocolate curls or
miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine crumbs and butter. Mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan. Soften gelatin in the brandy. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon the mixture evenly over the crumbs. Spring chocolate on top. Chill well before serving.
