Raisin Filling:
1 c. raisins just covered with water
2 tbs. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cookie Dough
2 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. sweet condensed milk
flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Raisin Filling: Cover raisins with just enough water to cover. Cook until soft then mix the sugar and vanilla. Add a little more water to make a paste. Set aside.
Cookie Dough:
Cream the lard and add sugar. Add the milk and soda, then slowly add the flour until u get a good cookie doungh where it wont stick to hands too much.
Roll out the dough and cut out with a round cutter. Place filling by tsp. on top of one cut out cookie. Then top with another cookie, press around edges and bake until golden brown about 13 mins.
