1 1/2 c. celery strips
1 onion cut into wedges
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 minced garlic clove
2 tbs. oil
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. minute rice
2 tbs. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until veggies are browned but still crisp. Remove from heat. Brown the hamburger in a pan add salt and pepper, add the veggies. blend. Blend the cornstarch in cold water and soy sauce. Add to meat and vegetables. Mix well. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over the rice
