1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast ( cut into strips)
2 tbs. corn starch
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbs. oil
1 med. onion sliced
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. of Birds eye farm fresh baby cauliflower, carrots, and snow peas. (frozen section)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a bowl. Combine 1 tsp of each, cornstarch and soy sauce. Add the garlic. Pour over chicken, mixing well to coat. Let stand for 15 mins. Heat 1 tbs. of oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken and stir. Fry over high heat for 2 mins. until golden brown. Remove chicken from heat. Heat remaining oil in the same skillet and add onionand stir-fry for 2 mins. add 1/4 c. of the water and add the vegetables to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heatand simmer for 2 mins. Combine remaining water, cornstarch and soy sauce. Add the ginger sugar and vinegar. Pour everything back into skillet including chicken, cook and stir until thickened. about 2 mins.
