8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
¾ tsp. curry powder
1 jar Major Grey's chutney, preferably Carriage House

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and curry powder.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on decorative plate or tart pan.
3. Spread Major Grey's chutney on top of cream cheese.
4. Serve with Carr's Table Wafers or Bremmer Wafers.

The ultimate impromptu hors d'oeuvre. I keep cream cheese and chutney on hand so this is always easy to make. You can also use other varieties of chutney, but mix the cream cheese with a compatible seasoning for the chutney you choose.
